01.02.08 To the attention of all foreign partners of OOO “VODOKHODb” as well as of all Russian partners in which contracts in the part of “Details of the Parties” is mentioned ZAO “International Moscow Bank”.
Herewith we inform you that since January 1, 2008 the name of the Closed Joint-Stock Company “International Moscow Bank” has been changed into Closed Joint Stock Company “UniCredit Bank”, abbreviated form: ZAO “UniCredit Bank”.
When effecting payments, please, indicate the new name of the bank: ZAO “UniCredit Bank”.
Other account details have not been changed yet, but in February we are expecting the change of SWIFT BIC.
New SWIFT BIC number will be announced as soon as we get the appropriate information from the Bank. |
