03.03.07 16-19 November “VODOHOD” Cruise Company took part in the 8th China International Travel Mart (CITM 2006) organized by China National Tourism Administration (CNTA) jointly with Shanghai Municipal Authority and China Civil Aviation Authority. “VODOHOD” was represented at the joint stand of the Chinese province Hubei in the frame of partnership relations with the Chinese state shipping company “CTS”. Reputedly, representatives of Chinese travel market as well as international exhibitors showed much interest to the company’s services introduced at the stand. CITM is the biggest professional tourism fair in Asia held annually in Shanghai. It brings in local and international exhibitors, including Airlines, Ground Transportation, Cruise Lines, Hotel Groups & Resorts, National/Regional Tourist Offices, Venues and Incentive Houses, Meeting and Conference Planners, Destination Management Companies, Online Travel and Travel Technology Companies etc… Compared to the scale of 2005, CITM 2006 has showed an increase of 25% with 57,500 squares and 2306 booth. It has attracted recorded 4 100 exhibitors within which 2 255 from China and 1 847 from oversees. In total CITM 2006 has received 75,000 audience with 55,000 professionals and 20,000 public visitors.
